I just wanted to say thank you for all the hard work you have done in trying to get my house sold. Your constant communication as to the status of everything going on is bar none. Since I am not in the area and able to actively check on the house myself, you make me feel so comfortable with knowing you are taking responsibility as if the house was your own. Not many people take on that kind of dedication these days and I truly appreciate it. Also, the emails and mailings that you send out are extremely informative not only pertaining to my situation, but in the real estate market in general. I am not very experienced when it comes to real estate, but feel that I am constantly learning something new and want to thank you. You did an outstanding job - thorough and detailed- in reviewing the 5 acre home during your visit. We are in no hurry, so we thought you did so very expeditiously! We appreciate your honest appraisal- easements make us a little nervous. We will keep it, and just wait and see how Robert's timing works out. We just like to have properties in the back of our mind to know we could have a home. I keep hoping the ranch on the pond might return to the market too.
