Hi Susan, How are you doing? We all are doing well. We had our baby in September. I think you may already know that though. We were going to name him after you but we thought it might be a little weird to have "a boy named Sue." We are loving our house! I actually brought Landen trick or treating around the neighborhood and I wasn't even scared. It is so quiet at night, no gun shots. We did have some problems with the neighbors dog barking umm pretty much all the time. So we contacted the management company and haven't had a problem since. Gosh, have I told you thank you lately. Hey Susan! Everything’s up! Carpet installed last Friday on first floor, Beds delivered for all 4 bedrooms on Saturday, DirecTV yesterday (Monday), !!! Been a busy place lately. Our Mom came up today and will stay with us a few days. Yes we do have furniture, but it’s “guys” stuff ;-) Things should calm down by Friday. If you’re not busy Saturday (yeah, I haven’t forgot you’re a Realtor) but anyway, I’ll give you a call and maybe you can come over and check out the pad, then go out for lunch? I’ll call your cell if that’s ok?

I just wanted to say thank you for all the hard work you have done in trying to get my house sold. Your constant communication as to the status of everything going on is bar none. Since I am not in the area and able to actively check on the house myself, you make me feel so comfortable with knowing you are taking responsibility as if the house was your own. Not many people take on that kind of dedication these days and I truly appreciate it. Also, the emails and mailings that you send out are extremely informative not only pertaining to my situation, but in the real estate market in general. I am not very experienced when it comes to real estate, but feel that I am constantly learning something new and want to thank you. You did an outstanding job - thorough and detailed- in reviewing the 5 acre home during your visit. We are in no hurry, so we thought you did so very expeditiously! We appreciate your honest appraisal- easements make us a little nervous. We will keep it, and just wait and see how Robert's timing works out. We just like to have properties in the back of our mind to know we could have a home. I keep hoping the ranch on the pond might return to the market too. Hey girl, Sorry it took me so long to send these back. My printer is still on the fritz, so I had my daughter print them out so I could, read, sign, scan and get them back to you. Any way, took your advice and left the princes the same. Given the current climate, I know its hard to get a building loan. So....we will just hope for the best! Ya know, I really do hate repeating myself but....you really are a gem! Thanks for hanging in there with us.
